Payment: We ask for payment at time of service. We accept cash, check and card however if you would like to pay with cash please have exact change. We do not keep change in the office. Because of the associated fees we prefer Visa and Mastercard over other credit cards.
Tipping: This is a health care facility and as such we do not ask for or accept tipping (we do accept kind words!).
Insurance: We are not in network and do not communicate with any insurance providers at this time. This is because we don't want anyone else deciding how we treat you or limiting the services we can provide to you. We will however provide "superbills" upon request which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your benefit structure.
Appointment Time: We ask that you be a few minutes early for your appointment. If you are late we cannot guarantee that we can give you your full appointment time. If you are more than 5 minutes late we may not be able to treat you and this will be considered a late cancellation.
Late Cancellation Fee: We ask that you change or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If your change occurs later than that we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment this may be considered a late cancellation. While we are aware that difficulties arise and life happens, these policies are necessary to ensure our ability to give every patient the attention they deserve.
